Greg Anderson is president of the Consulting & Training division of Moody International (MI C&T) and co-author of Safety 24/7a book about how to build an incident-free culture in the workplace. Anderson is considered to be a leading authority on creating a culture of safety in organizations and has conducted training and spoken on this topic for more than seven years.
A true internationalist, Anderson has lived, worked and traveled to more than 40 countries. Some of the more interesting aspects of his career involved battling oil fires in Kuwait, providing infrastructure for large industrial projects in Haiti and drilling for oil in Egypt.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public affairs from the University of Southern California where he was a three-time All-American athlete. Anderson currently resides in Houston, with his wife and three daughters.

Jeff Russell, TPM Coach for Controls & Automation at PepsiCo American Beverages, has been in the factory automation industry for over 20 years.
His career started by performing controls engineering for systems integrators at various assembly line automation installations for the electronics, automotive, pulp & paper, and food & beverage industries. He was the automation supervisor at a large stamping plant in the automotive industry, and there he was responsible for development and installation of production downtime tracking systems, line efficiency optimization efforts, integrating improved machine safety, and effective TPM implementation.
He brought this experience to PepsiCo American Beverages where he is actively working on Safety, Engineering & IT collaboration. This includes machine safety upgrades, plant floor data systems, reporting, analysis, and improving security & access to plant floor data.
All of this is intended to reduce cost and improve efficiency of plant floor operations.

Derek Jones is employed by Rockwell Automation in the UK as a Safety Business Development Manager. He as been working in the machinery safety field for twenty years and has been involved with the specification of safety related components and systems.
Derek qualified in 1973 in the field of visual technical communications and for the last thirty five years has enjoyed a career that spans marketing and engineering. He joined the former EJA division of Rockwell Automation in 1989 to take charge of technical literature. This role and his background lead him in a natural progression to his current role which can perhaps best be described as occupying ground between Marketing and Research and Development. It also lead him, almost inevitably, to the world of machinery safety standards in which he is a member of various UK national and international technical committees. He participates in several working groups, currently most notably IEC/TC44/WG7 which he is the convenor for IEC 62061 “Functional safety of electrical, electronic and programmable safety related control systems of machinery.

JB Babcock brings 23 years of corrugated and related industry experience to the position of Director of Engineering. Prior to joining Sun, Mr. Babcock ran his own consulting and mechanical design firm that served many industries including the corrugated box machinery industry. He has also held engineering and product development positions with KBA North America, AMBEC and Prime Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters of Engineering Management from George Washington University.

Mike began his career with Rockwell Automation Sales Group in 2000 with global responsibilities for the Entertainment Industry, focusing mainly on Theme Parks, Ride Manufacturers, Entertainment System Integrators, the Ski and Aquarium Industries globally. He has over 30 years as a controls system engineer and manager, with the last 18 years working in Entertainment Industry for Six Flags and Walt Disney World and Rockwell Automation. Presently, Mike is in the Marketing group with responsibilities for Safety business in North America. He is a TUV - Certified Functional Safety Expert.

Chand was appointed VP and chief technical officer (CTO) for Rockwell Automation in April 2001, and Sr. VP in September 2005. He is responsible for the development of technology strategy to support business growth, and the leadership of a global R&D, standards and trade organization with operations in Asia, Europe, and the United States. He leads the Rockwell Automation Technical Council, and drives technology leadership and vision for the company through technical innovation, engineering best practices, and company-wide technology roadmaps. Chand is also responsible for the evolution of the next generation architecture and platforms.
Prior his current role, Chand held the positions of Director, Manager, and Principal Scientist at Rockwell Scientific Company. During 1999-2001, he served as the COO for a successful software start-up company; as well as on the boards of the Wisconsin Technology Council, the University of Wisconsin Foundation, and the Advisory Board for Robert W. Baird Venture Partners. He has published over 50 technical papers and holds four patents.

Gary W. Ballesteros is Vice President-Law for Rockwell Automation, Inc. He has primary responsibility over all litigation matters; which includes coordinating a national asbestos defense strategy, product liability claims, environmental and commercial litigation. Gary also serves as the commercial lawyer supporting the Company’s manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining Rockwell in 1997, he was a partner with the law firm of Jenner & Block in their Chicago office, and also served as an officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the U.S. Army Reserve.
